With over 35 years experience and study in various schools of psychotherapy, Carolyn is one of few in the Triangle who offer Body-Centered experiential psychotherapy. She also works with psychoanalytic therapy, compassionate non-violent communication, behavioral & mindfulness practice, gestalt, heartmath principles and where needed, non-religious spiritual counseling.
Having years of experience in corporate environments, she has a keen understanding of the business world and its demands & challenges.
